Keep receiving another person's mail who lives in another street in my estate. Have rang the 13 number numerous times to complain, where I am 'on hold' for sometime until I get put through to the correct place, and then told 'we are sorry'. The following weeks, the same thing happens. Nothing gets resolved. I am not going to do their job for them by delivering the mail. When will they wake up? Wish I had an email address for them...and then I would be sending an email to them everyday...but then that may not get the point across either. Maybe I need to physically visit the post office...but not sure I would have much success. They don't mind putting the prices up on stamps and other delivery charges...

Contractors they use apparently tried to deliver parcel 2 hours ago when i have been 1 meter from the letter box for the last 5 hours. Attempted delivery. Noone even came down my street. Man behind counter asked for the notice to say to collect my parcel. But there isnt one because contractor didnt come
