Customer service was generally lovely, until we encountered who I believe was the owner. We asked if her scones were fresh and she became especially offended and aggressive, raising her voice loud enough so the entire shop could hear. She stated that they are not fresh and she refuses to make scones that you cannot freeze, all of her scones are frozen and defrosted upon someone ordering them and she's never had a complaint about their freshness, as they are delicious. Once we got our scones, they were dry and quite possibly the worse scones I've tasted. Because of our aggressive encounter with this woman at the counter we chose not to complain because we were concerned for the outcome. Apart from this brief encounter the experience was generally positive.

Very disappointed with our take away order today. The food here is generally good quality and value for money, today our orders were mixed up and most of the food was just over cooked inedible batter and crumbs. The owner asks for feedback which we did in a polite manner, not even asking for our money back, just advising that the food was definitely not up to their usual standards. The owner was defensive and made excuses. If you can't accept honest, polite feedback then don't ask for it.
